Computed from Kairn's license-verified listings for each state (telehealth-eligible providers), including those at capacity. “Reported accepting” is the share whose provider-reported status, dated within 14 days, says open; it is not appointment inventory. Aggregate-only—no client data. Percentages are withheld for states with fewer than 5 listings, where they wouldn't be meaningful.
