Protect sensitive information
Ordinary email is not the place for diagnoses, treatment details, message content, identity documents, or other clinical information. Please include only what we need to route and answer your request. To communicate with a therapist about care, use your authenticated Kairn messages or the contact method that therapist has provided.
Account and privacy help
Use the subject line "Account help" or "Privacy request" and email support@kairn.health. Client accounts include self-service notification settings and deletion on the account page. We may need to verify your identity before changing or disclosing account information.
Listing corrections
If a license, availability statement, practice detail, or other listing fact looks wrong, send the profile link and identify the field that needs review. We check corrections against the provider or an authoritative source rather than silently overwriting verification history. More detail is in our editorial and verification policy.
Provider support
Providers can use the same address for onboarding, verification, billing, account access, profile offboarding, or Business Associate Agreement questions. Include the email address on your provider account, but do not attach identity or license documents unless Kairn support gives you a secure way to submit them.
Security reports
If you believe you found a security or privacy problem, use the subject line "Security report" and describe the affected page, what happened, and safe steps to reproduce it. Do not access another person's information, include live client data, or continue testing in a way that could disrupt the service. If you believe information is actively exposed, say so at the beginning of the message.

In a crisis
