A psychologist with an active APIT (Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Telepsychology) can legally see you by video in any participating state. Source: psypact.gov.
A licensed counselor (LPC) with a privilege can see you by video only in states that are actually issuing privileges. Many more states have enacted the compact — but enacted is not issuing, and only issuing states count. Source: counselingcompact.gov.
