Last-verified date
The last-verified date is the timestamp showing when a profile's license and availability were most recently confirmed against their sources.
How it works
Kairn records when each license was checked against primary sources and when the provider last confirmed they're accepting clients. Both dates are shown so the information carries its own freshness.
Why it matters when choosing a therapist
A fact without a date is unverifiable. Surfacing the verification and availability dates lets you judge how current a listing is — and is what lets Kairn pause listings that have gone stale.
